Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your haunting needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. During peak seasons (especially October), delivery times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Halloween Props Hub purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address:

  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Adhesives (including specialty glues and tapes)
  • Stage Paint and other consumable art supplies
  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Custom or special order items
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items (as marked on product pages)

Important: All returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
