While we ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions), we maintain the personalized service you’d expect from a local costume shop. Our team in Homer, Alaska, carefully packages each item – from our 1600-1800 historical costumes to our popular Alice in Wonderland collections – ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.

International Customers: Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Once you place your order:

• 1-2 Business Days: Order processing and quality check
• Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive tracking information via email
• In Transit: Monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep
• Delivery: Signatures may be required for certain packages

Returns & Exchanges

Not completely satisfied? We offer returns within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
